    This is by far my favorite condo!! I switch back and forth, but this one has my heart. This condo is so comfortable, clean and full of personality……I feel at home when I’m here. I have been staying with Krystie & Dave for a few years now and as long as I come to Myrtle, I will not stay with anyone else. Krystie has honestly been a friend since the beginning and we have never even met face to face. You can not go wrong staying here, the condo has everything you need for a short or long vacation. I am so very thankful to have found these condos. My husband and I love, love, love coming here.

    We have just returned home after staying 2 weeks in the Black Pearl . It was beautiful and had everything you need for a beach vacation. Krystie has thought of everything. You really only need toiletries and clothes and the food you want because Krystie has furnished the condo with beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Honestly we loved staying here and felt so at home. We loved it! Krystie goes out of her way to see that you are so comfortable and happy with the condo. And the 3rd floor view was gorgeous!

    I come to myrtle beach once a year and i stayed at the black pearl, love the set up of this condo, views are breath taking, unit is very clean and well equipped with everything.
    Owner Krystie and Dave go way out of there way to make you comfortable and leave with a happy feeling about your Myrtle beach vacation.
    coming to myrtle beach definitely check into one of Kristie`s condos she has many to choose from, well will be back next year.

    My husband and I came to stay in myrtle beach,Sc and we stayed with coastal motion properties there were many great condos to choose from all with great views and the condo was designed to please. Kristie and Dave sure have what it takes to make you happy.
    best time i have ever had at this Black pearl condo.

    My 13 year old daughter and I came to stay in Myrtle Beach for her Easter break. The Black Pearl was the perfect unit for us. A great affordable alternative to the overly crowded hotels, which tend to be FILLED with families with little kids. This was just the perfect mix of adult, couples and families.
    The condo was super clean, and had all the amenities available in the unit, so that you basically can just drop your bags and head to the beach.
    It also was a side unit, providing a large extra side window overlooking the pool and hot tubs, along with the ocean front balcony. The Black Pearl sits on the side of the building which makes for watching the most beautiful balcony view sunrises.
    I would definitely work with Krystie again on any future trips to Myrtle Beach!

    Again…..this condo is perfect and never disappoints. We love Krystie & Dave and are so thankful for them and their properties. We have already booked again for next year, as I stated in a previous review…….we will not stay with anyone else. Krystie has devoted a lot of herself into these condos and it shows, she is very creative and fills each with love. You can feel it when you stay. My husband and I love it here, it’s our happy place!! Thank you again Krystie……the Bailey’s love you 🙂

    Great location! Great view! Great condo! We really enjoyed our time. The only noise we heard was the sound of the beach when we opened the patio door. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks Krystie!
